Manage the activities of the Department of Demography;

• Planning the Department's activities;

• Participate in the budgeting of the Department's activities;

• Management of HR assigned to the Demography Department;

• Management of work resources and equipment made available to the Department;

• Responsible for documenting the systems and tools allocated to the Department;

• Responsible for the Department's file and documentation;

• Coordinate the interaction between the Department and the Studies taking place at CISM;

• Watch over the means and work materials in its possession;

• Comply with health and safety measures at work, including preventive measures to Covid 19

Supervise field activities

• Responsible for checking the quality of information in databases.

• Ensure the quality control and maintenance of DSS.

• Validation of data cleaning checks made by data managers.
